I note that the local newspaper is listing Ibaretxe as winner,

A DNI for each village? That would be a messy thing. Wouldn't it? What has Vizkaya have got to be with Alaba? Why are you united when you have got so many cultural and linguistic differences? I dont c the point.

ReplyDeleteThe EHNA is not for each village, is for everyone and anyone in Euskal Herria.
Araba and Bizkaia are both Basque herrialdes (provinces).
We may have different cultural expressions and Basque dialects withing Euskal Herria, but they are still Basque, that is what unites us.
